What Is the HYROX PFT?

 

The HYROX Physical Fitness Test (PFT) is a fast-paced benchmark workout designed to test your strength, endurance, and mental grit—HYROX style.

Whether you’re new to the sport or prepping for race day, this test gives you a chance to push your limits and measure your progress over time. It’s scalable, coach-supported, and open to all levels.

The PFT Workout (For Time)

  • 1000m Run
     
  • 50 Burpee Broad Jumps
     
  • 100 Stationary Lunges (50/leg)
     
  • 1000m Row
     
  • 30 Hand-Release Push-Ups
     
  • 100 Wall Balls (4–6kg)
